ALPHA
HISTORY
The Alpha are an ancient race, the history of which dates back to the very beginning of time. They are thought to be the first people created by the Creator. Almost as old as the universe, this race has found the way of recognizing the infinite energy of the universe and harnessing its power. They use this energy in their production systems and vessels. They do not share any of their discoveries with other races as they consider themselves superior to all of the other peoples in the universe. Therefore not much is known about them.
They have superior psychic powers and it is thought the source of these powers is the universe itself. Although they were the victors of the relentless battles fought against the people of Atlantis in the “Great War”, their losses were grave as well.
LEADER
The people of Alpha are governed by a queen. The most beautiful and fertile female among the people is elected the queen and remains in this position until she dies. Considering their long lifespan, a change in the position of queen is rarely witnessed. Queen Aria has been fulfilling this duty for the last 700 years. It is, however, hard to govern this ancient race for such a long period of time and especially the “Great War” was so backbreaking for Aria that she now has to hide her beautiful face behind her mask.
PROS
Having combined their knowledge gained from genetic research with the energy of the universe, the people of Alpha have found a cure for many diseases. Moreover, their lifespan is very long as they care a lot about their quality of life under the light of their high culture and knowledge.
Their psychic powers are their greatest weapons. They may even use them to command natural events, if necessary.
CONS
The birth process of the Alpha, which is a highly advanced race, is more troublesome and longer than that of other races. Furthermore, they rarely engage in sexual intercourse due to the fact that they have lost their interest in sexuality over time. This was also reflected on their physical evolution in time so that it is very difficult to tell a male Alpha from a female. Therefore, their rate of reproduction is significantly slow.
Industrialization is not an approach fit for the Alpha. In a society where everyone is elite, it is very difficult to find others to take care of such work. This is why their production systems are slow and costly.
